Avalon Alegria is a suite ship built by Avalon Waterways for cruising Portugal’s Douro River. The vessel offers a relaxing luxury experience, with two decks of Panorama Suites featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that convert into open-air balconies. Alegria is designed for smaller, more intimate cruises, with a capacity of about 102 guests, and includes amenities like a fitness center, a Sky Deck pool, and an Adventure Center for active excursions.
